We accept clean concrete (with minimal rebar), asphalt/blacktop, brick, block, masonry, natural stone and rock, and clean fill dirt. All loads must be free of trash, garbage, wood, drywall, roofing, and mixed debris. Loads with prohibited materials will be turned away.
No. We are a clean concrete and asphalt recycling facility only. We do not accept trash, garbage, wood, drywall, roofing shingles, mixed construction debris, hazardous materials, liquids, paints, or chemicals. If your load contains prohibited materials, it will be turned away.
Our dump fees are flat rates based on vehicle type — no scale needed. Pickup trucks start at $40, single-axle trailers are $80, tandem trailers $120, single-axle dump trucks $160, tandem dump trucks $250, and tri-axle/end dumps are $300. Check our Pricing page for the full schedule.
Concrete with minimal rebar is accepted but may incur an additional surcharge. You'll be directed to our rebar processing area where we can handle steel-reinforced concrete. Please let us know at check-in if your load contains significant metal.
No, we don't use a scale. Our pricing is based on flat fees by vehicle type — pickup trucks, trailers, and dump trucks each have set rates. This keeps things simple and fast so you can get back to your job site quickly.
We're open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Closed Sundays and major holidays. No appointment needed — just show up during business hours.
We're located at 245 Brookdale Rd, Maryville, TN 37801 — in the heart of Blount County. We're just 5 minutes from downtown Maryville, 10 minutes from Alcoa, 25 minutes from Knoxville, and easily accessible from Sevierville, Lenoir City, and Oak Ridge.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards on-site. Contractor account holders can also pay via monthly invoice with online payment options.
No appointment necessary — just show up during business hours. For exceptionally large loads or unusual materials, it's helpful to call ahead at (865) 999-0857 so we can prepare, but it's not required.
