US-321 is the whole route
From Lenoir City, US-321 east crosses into Blount County and runs into Maryville. From the interstate, take I-75 to the US-321 exit at Lenoir City and head east. It's about 20 minutes from most of town, a bit more from Tellico Village or the Loudon side of the county. It's a four-lane highway most of the way, which is easy on a loaded truck, and it keeps you off I-40 and the Knoxville interchanges entirely. If you're coming from a job near the lake, plan the run so you're not stuck behind weekend boat traffic on Saturday mornings. We're open 7 AM to 5 PM weekdays and 8 AM to noon Saturday.
Loudon County disposal options
Loudon County's construction and demolition disposal options charge by the ton. Call them for current rates. Concrete runs heavy, so a few truckloads from a lake house teardown can turn into a large bill. The Blount County Landfill is not a good fallback for Lenoir City crews: it charges about $60 per ton for concrete, keeps weekday hours only, and may turn away haulers from outside Blount County. Lake jobs on Fort Loudoun and Tellico
Lenoir City sits on Fort Loudoun Lake with Tellico Lake just to the south, and a lot of the concrete we see from here comes off the water. Dock pads, boat ramps, seawall caps, patios, and driveways on lake lots all get replaced on a regular cycle, and older lake houses get torn down for new builds. Those loads are welcome when they're clean. The catch with lake work is what else ends up in the truck: dock lumber, decking, and mud. We crush the concrete we take in and sell it back as RCA. Crusher run (1 inch minus with fines) compacts hard for driveways, parking pads, and building pads on lake lots. RCA #57 (clean 3/4 to 1 inch, no fines) drains well behind seawalls and retaining walls and in French drains, which matters on sloped lake property. A crew that hauls a dock or driveway tear-out down US-321 can load base for the replacement before heading back, so the truck never runs empty. Call for pricing.
